What the plans mean, exactly
What does "history" mean?
How long RunVouch keeps your runs, tool events and acknowledged alerts: 7 days on Free, 90 days on Solo and Team. A purge runs once a day and deletes what is older than your window. Open alerts stay until you acknowledge them. Runs that are part of a sealed proof day keep their leaf hash, so proofs still verify after the full record is gone.
What are priority alerts?
Alerts of the same kind for the same agent are normally sent at most once per 10 minutes; repeats are stored and shown in the dashboard but not re-sent. On Solo and Team, MISSED and FAILED skip that cooldown and are delivered immediately, every time. The other kinds keep the cooldown on every plan.
Which alert channels are in which plan?
E-mail, Telegram, a Slack incoming webhook and a generic JSON webhook work on every plan, including Free. PagerDuty (Events API v2) is Team only: MISSED, FAILED, STALLED, BUDGET_RUN and BUDGET_DAY open an incident, and acknowledging the alert in RunVouch resolves it. Settings calls per channel: docs/alerts.
What is the shared dashboard?
On Team you can create viewer keys (prefix rvv_). A viewer key opens the dashboard and can read agents, runs, alerts and the export, and acknowledge alerts. It cannot change settings, register agents or report runs. Revoke it any time; it stops working the moment the plan is no longer Team.
What does the API export return?
GET /v1/export?from=YYYY-MM-DD&to=YYYY-MM-DD&format=csv|json streams every run of your account that started in that range: agent, run_id, started, ended, status, cost, tokens, tool_calls, evidence_ok and leaf_hash. Team only; Free and Solo get a 402 with a plain message.
Why do you need my email for a free key?
Because the key is the account. If you upgrade later, the payment is matched to the same email; if you lose the key, we can rotate it. We do not send marketing mail.
Can I self-host?
Yes. The server is a single MIT-licensed Python file with SQLite. The hosted version is the same code plus alerts, backups and the dashboard.
